MLS - why the investor needs a license

I have personally lost 3 excellent deals due to the delay in getting MLS info compared to those with access direct. Today I lost one ( made a back up offer ) - I am so sick of this! Is there anything one can do that doesn't require a RE salesperson license???

Thanks!!!

Some of the investor friendly brokers in Austin let you become an unlicensed assistant to them to get access to the MLS. That may be an angle worth exploring at your local REIA.
