Does 'Driving for Dollars' still work for you in 2018

Just curious, has anyone had any success implementing Driving for Dollars in 2018?

I think it is like most things, if you do it consistently and effectively it will work.  I have found the most difficult part is finding/getting in touch with the owners.  Developing a system for mailers or follow-up is important after you've identified the properties.  Using a skip tracing service may help you locate property owners as well.

@Eric Tan - lately I have been doing "Walking my Dog for Dollars". I have a home in New Orleans, and constantly walk my dogs through different areas looking for that run down house. Its good exercise for me, its good for the dogs, and is great for finding leads.

I think it still can work, but will vary depending on the area.

@Andrew Kerr @Max Tanenbaumi might reach out to dog walkers i know then - maybe i can train them to watch out for stuff for me =)I am trainin my truck driver friends who deliver furniture straight to the customers houses to get a network going in the surrounding area. it could lead to something. Thank you guys again!

@Eric Tan right now we have been in the high 70s and low 80s. But I don't "walk for dollars" in July thru September, to hot & humid!
