Growing our team: where to look for entry-level talent?

Hey BP world.

We are growing need to add some new talent to our Memphis team.

We are specifically looking for entry-level talent in marketing, acquisitions, general admin, and/or a mix of the three.  I posted the job on our university's website but not even a response.  I posted on Indeed but no luck.  I won't bother with Craiglist because the last time I did that, I was ashamed at the number of people who could not spell-check their three line "cover letter".

Wondering if there are other good websites or idea to find this type of talent.  Prefer to not have to pay to post the job, but will consider it.

Open to other suggestions.

Thanks!

keep in mind if your not willing to pay for the post you will sadly have the results you are getting. Try linked in and pay the $300 for the 30 day advertising for the position. Far heaped to pay this then have higher turn over rate. Also better quality applicants.
