Above or below oil tank and costs

Hi guys, I’m looking at buying a property that is occupied and on the last MLS listing it said it had oil heat. Being that I can’t access the property is there a way I can research whether it has an above or below ground tank? if it’s above ground any idea what the removal costs? Thanks!
