Advice for potential sale
Hi everyone
My current tenant just contacted me asking if I’d be willing to sell him my place.
It is a condo. The unit above mine is currently for sale for $25K more than I bought my place for.
Any thoughts/suggestions on the best way to go about doing this deal if I decide to go ahead with it?
