I am interested in buying a home near the up and coming Stovehouse near Governors drive in Huntsville. Any seasoned investors in that area know if this is a good opportunity or if it truly will be the next Five points in Huntsville? This home I am interested in will be our first renovation home and I intend on renting it out later... Any ideas or advice for young investors like myself?

Hi Alyssa, I like that part of West Huntsville for buy & hold. I wouldn't over renovate, just make it look nice and clean and it should rent well.
