Successors Data - Worth it or not? Anything better for Probate?

Question

I'm thinking about using Successors Data (successorsdata.com) to get Probate leads in San Diego, and I wanted to know if anyone had experience with them, or any other death/probate service that is available?  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

If you are marketing to the right group in the right way you end up helping people. Chasing hearse's is awful, but helping a family that has a trashed/outdated home that they do not have the time or money to fix is a blessing. I have bought 4 house this year from usleadlist pre probate "inheritance list."

When done correctly it is a win-win. Not saying you wont get people who are frustrated, because you will, but in marketing you are never going to buy the angry persons home.

I never found a good lead off of successors data. A lot of the data was out dated.

To begin go to Search ~ then select San Diego for County ~ select Probate next to Category ~ for Newspaper select The Daily Transcript ~ select the blue Search button and see what happens.

From is the date range that you can change from today and go back 30-60-90 days or further.

You'll still have to go down to the county courthouse an research the files. Currently there's 3 properties coming up fore sale but I don't think you'll be able to find a deal.

I use The Daily Journal webpage for probate files in San Francisco and Sacramento counties as both counties have accessible files on-line.

@Kristian Peter The real estate agent I learned about prospecting probate leads was working in San Diego.  It was about 3 years ago when I did the training but I am pretty sure he got all of his information by sending someone down the the courts.

I've only done their training but have talked with other agents across the country that use AllTheLeads.com and are happy with their services.  I am based out of Missouri and I can get everything online except phone numbers.  I use BeenVerified.com to look up their contact info.
