Reliable Electrician in Raleigh NC

Anyone know of any electrician in Raleigh, NC that can install ceiling lights (when there is none)? Just need lights in bedrooms since there is no light fixture currently.

Lamps are more cost effective, I’m not sure it’s worth getting an electrician for BR ceiling lights..
My opinion I don’t believe it will add value, $$$ might be better spend on improving bathroom or kitchen and that will add value..
