Postcard Design - Feedback Needed

I know postcards/mail outs are kind of a dated concept but I am new and willing to try anything to produce leads at least once. What do you think of the design I created below? Should I add a photo? I will obviously add correct contact info and broker logo for actual print.

Feedback please!

PS - my husband works for a lumber company, they did this home. The photo belongs to his boss who gave me permission to use, no copyright worries.
