hi Trevor, I would also like some recs on great contractors. As of now, I have a call with Bildwise after the Memorial break. Haven’t heard too much about them but there name pops up here and there.

Hey guys, call a local lumber yard and ask for a referral.  Tell them your an investor looking for someone that does investor properties.  They will have 3-4 good leads for you.  I'm talking about a local lumber yard not a box store.
