Leaseback Experience - Anyone????
I'm purchasing a non-family member's house who is about to lose it due to nonpayment of property taxes. He will then rent the house from us. I've agreed not to sell it for at least 2 years to give them a chance to buy it back from me. Has anyone had experience with this type of deal?
While it will help the homeowner, I'm interested in it purely for the rent (with a tenant who wants his house back) and potential profit.
Would you do it again?
