Hi any and everyone I new to wholesaling and I’ve been talking to 2 motivated sellers and I know they are possible deals but I’m stuck with even making an offer because I’m not sure how to determine the ARV I thought I knew until I went to go do it. Any suggestions will help

@Michael Mendoza If you use zillow and realtor.com you can usually get a pretty good idea of what the ARV would be. While these aren't as good as having access to the MLS, they can get you pretty close. Search for recently sold homes and use the map feature to find the ones in the same neighborhood or close to your subject property. Both of these sites tend to list most of the sold homes in the past few years.
