@Brett Goldsmith she owe like $120k the as-is value is $141k I basically can get the house with no problem it’s my friend grandmother I’m just not sure if I can do anything with I’m just starting out in the real estate world

I have a lady that has a property that’s just went into foreclosure Friday it has little equity and she’s very very motivated to sell. Can u still wholesale this property I don’t think it’s bank owned

Jeremy Taggart I used Zillow to get my ARV and I got a little confused I don’t know if the house is worth $20k+ or $40k+ because of the comps I looked at some sold for 20k+ some sold for 40k+ and that’s where I got confused and now I don’t know what to offer

Hi any and everyone I new to wholesaling and I’ve been talking to 2 motivated sellers and I know they are possible deals but I’m stuck with even making an offer because I’m not sure how to determine the ARV I thought I knew until I went to go do it. Any suggestions will help
