Finding the right lender
I've got a property I own free and clear but I'm having trouble getting financing for to do the repairs due to the fact that I'm self-employed. Does anybody have any advice on finding the right hard money lender or anything outside traditional institutions? It's not a property I plan on Flipping but simply doing the brrr strategy
