Murder Suicide House

I have an opportunity to get a great deal on a home that had a murder suicide. Do I go for it? Would the resale be difficult?

There is a house in my market, in a pretty safe nice neighborhood....3 owners in a row were murdered there.  After the most recent murder the estate had it listed and they couldnt even sell it at a bargain price. So the agent petitioned the county to have the address changed, and now without any news stories attached to the new address, they were able to get it sold, and at a higher price than before they had it before the address change.
