Looking to start my real estate in the next 10 months with rental properties and want to start interviewing potentials for my real estate. Does anyone have recommendations for the following in eastern PA, specifically Berks or Montgomery county: Property Managers Mortgage Brokers Attorney CPA Contractors Anything helps, thanks!

@Account Closed I would also consider the western side of the state. Prices are quite a bit lower generally speaking so you can get more quantity.
