Finally, my first property under contract!
We did it! We have our first property under contract! Took about 2 months but finally we landed one. I am struggling to find contractors. I have been on all the typical sites, even made FB and IG promotions for the search. A few responses but no ones been consistent. Any one know, or can point me to contractors near my area? The favor would be greatly appreciated!

Keep up the good work and congrats! Also, get to your local REIA/BP meetups those are gold mines for contractor referrals!
