Macomb County, MI questions

Hello,

I am doing some research in Macomb County and would like to ask for some options about this County. Particularly focusing on Eastpointe, Roseville, Harper Woods, and Warren.

My research is telling me the cash flow is pretty good. However, the population is not really growing and I don't see any new development coming in. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Would love to hear from some experts in these cities.

I grew up in Macomb County & have a team in place. Right now I'm focusing on direct mail campaigns to generate leads and also driving for dollars.
