Are the “estimated home values” accurate
Hello everyone. I'm looking for some help here. I'm trying to determine the true ARV of a home. It's in a semi rural area. Zillow, realtytrac, Redfin, etc. are telling me an estimated value of the home. Is this accurate? This isn't usually how I've determined value before. Maybe I need someone to look it up o the MLS? Need some help please personal message if you can help. Thanks.
