Any Portfolio Lender in Atlanta Area

Hi BP Community,

Have been listening to the podcast for a year or so now and just got my feet wet with my first single family BRRRR deal near Atlanta. As my partner and I move forward, we are looking for a good portfolio lender in the area. Specifically, we are looking for a lender willing to complete a refinance immediately after rehab is complete, based on ARV. Bottom line, we're looking for the opportunity to get our cash back out for purchase price and rehab before the six month mark.

Anybody have a suggestion for such a lender?

Call Renasant bank. I know they lend in the South East portions (Savannah) and do portfolio loans I'm guessing throughout the state. If you want to talk to someone specific, PM me and I'll send you the branch loan officers name and email whom I recently dealt with.
