All appliances for a Rehab-flip

Hello All,

For the first time around, I am in a situation where I have to buy all Kitchen appliances. Of the 37 properties, I had to buy- some am holding and some flipped, this one is the first where I need to buy all Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer.

Am working on this Rehab which is almost to completion ( Kitchen countertop/backsplash work remaining). Soon after the pending tasks, I need to bring in appliances and so looking for help.

The Property is in Cincinnati, OH, fully rehabbed house, roof newly replaced, new windows, plumbing replaced some electrical work, Patio  door and garage door and flooring newly done.  Have new cabinets in Kitchen and ordered countertops/backsplash.

I am looking to find the best deal to buy quality appliances ( prefer GE) and for best price. If I ask the sellers to install they will charge hefty too, so I want to minimize the cost for purchase and install.  All tips/advise is appreciated and request for help on this task.

Thank you.

Naveen.
