So I am a 24 yr old residential construction worker here in Newark nj. I want to do two things. Create an llc and start a side business for myself that I can do alongside my day job. The second is to invest in rental properties which I'm sure mostly everyone here does or has done lol. I restore apartments all day 9 to 5 and I am also rehabbing my girlfriends 2 family home for rental purposes. All of this together plus research and guidance from peers has led me here as I dont wa t to start out wrong. I am an open book feel free offer and help wisdom you man have. I thank you all kindly and i have endless supply of questions waiting lol

If you have any questions, you're more than welcome to ask.

The fact you're a contractor gives you an advantage over most of us - which is why I always work alongside my handyman so I can learn how to fix different things around my properties.

it never goes away..  20 years of it.. It does not really bother me anymore other than the TV is blaring at night LOL
