@RexChelle

Wow  I'd be interested in doing that if you would have me. I know it's best to sell yourself but I will say though I am good at working I'm not sure about advising you about everything. I can give you my best judgment but I am still young in the game lol. I would love to help in any way I can as everything I do is experience for me.

well that's the issue rn. I'm trying to figure out which to start with. The llc or the property process or should I get rid of my credit before I even do anything? I'm 6000 in the hole but my score is in the 660 range which I'm told is enough but I was also advised that the 8s give you more buying power. Also llcs I've learn have time limits nd properties closing have time limits I'm kinda just lost in the information now.

So I am a 24 yr old residential construction worker here in Newark nj. I want to do two things. Create an llc and start a side business for myself that I can do alongside my day job. The second is to invest in rental properties which I'm sure mostly everyone here does or has done lol. I restore apartments all day 9 to 5 and I am also rehabbing my girlfriends 2 family home for rental purposes. All of this together plus research and guidance from peers has led me here as I dont wa t to start out wrong. I am an open book feel free offer and help wisdom you man have. I thank you all kindly and i have endless supply of questions waiting lol

@Frank Patalano

What I would is holding me back is knowledge, debt, and capital. I am currently and have been doin alot of research on real estate and how to get the ball rolling as I work in this field all day a residential construction worker. Also I pretty much live in and am currently rehabbing my girlfriends 2 family home for rental property purposes. I've been talking to coworkers friends family and now I have floated here.
