What draw schedule do you normall use.
My contractor is asking the below draw schedule and I wanted to see what you normally do. I know someone that has used him without any major issues. Just a few things came up to increase cost.
"to be paid 1/3 when signing the contract, 1/3 in 3 weeks after starting the work,1/6 in 6 weeks after starting work, and 1/6 when the work is done."
