Gratitude Post - Pierce County, Wa
A few months ago I reached out to the BiggerPockets forum seeking help from Real Estate Agents within Pierce County, Wa. My previous agent was not cutting it nor was he an investor. My wife and I interviewed @Aaron Nelson while he interviewed us. He took extremely detailed notes of our needs and situation then started analyzing the market. He followed up his analysis with an extremely detailed break down of the numbers and showed us how and if they would work for our situation.
Needless to say, he helped find us an amazing investment opportunity and enabled us to understand and feel confident through all the steps of purchasing our first investment property. Aaron even assisted us with the forms that we would need to move in new tenants.
I strongly recommend anyone who is new to real estate investing or just needs a new agent to reach out to Aaron. His care, knowledge, and attention to detail are something to be emulated.
