Finding Off Market Deals

I’m looking for some feedback or suggestions on the best strategies to find off market properties for sale, residential or commercial.

I find myself feeling unconfident about the best practices and would very much appreciate some others feedback from their successes on how they've found off market properties, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, and FSBO's.
