Alabama Brrrr investing

I’ve been doing research in the Birmingham/Montgomery Alabama area. Has anyone done any Brrrr investing there? I’d love to hear your thoughts ideas and success stories.

@Ethan Teuscher  Yes, I do both there- turnkey and I have done Brrr. I am in the middle of 2 brr's now and doing the refi, appraisal just came in on 1. I have a team that helps me there- And I just bid on a 4 plex, waiting on SOW from the GC. Anyhow DM me if you have any questions.
