I'm a licensed agent in Texas and I want to buy a property from a wholesaler. They aren't licensed. How does the license holder disclosure work since I will be the end buyer. I don't want any issues down the road with not disclosing I'm an agent.

Just tell them you're an agent and buying for yourself. Plus, this way you're building a relationship and they might have other properties for you down the road and vice versa.
Full disclosure is always best! As long as the parties in the transaction know that you have an active license then you have nothing to worry about.
