Hi Tiffany,

Alief is one of the lower class areas of Houston. Make sure to check the flood zones as well. I know parts of Alief got hit hard with all the flooding we have here.

I personally don't have experience investing in the area. I've invested in the Galleria and Cypress/Katy areas

Hey Biggerpockets,

I'm a licensed agent in Texas and I want to buy a property from a wholesaler. They aren't licensed. How does the license holder disclosure work since I will be the end buyer. I don't want any issues down the road with not disclosing I'm an agent.

Thanks in advance,

I've heard about simultaneous closings for reo properties.

Has anyone had any success with this strategy.

And if you have how do you go about structuring this sort of transaction?
