Good area to invest or not?
Hello, I'm not very familiar with the Birmingham, Al market but I'm looking at a listing just a couple of blocks West of Graymont subdivision in Birmingham. Is there anyone that could tell me a thing or two I need to know about the location before I commit to this deal? Thank you!!
