Has anyone sold a property in DC to a buyer using the HPAP program? Anything I should pay particular attention to during the contract period compared to conventional? Thanks in advance!

I had and offer accepted on my flip back in late March (one day on market )and it took all the way to this month to finalize things. Its sad because I want the residents of DC to get into homes but I WILL NEVER EVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DEAL WITH HPAP AGAIN IN LIFE.
