NC Closing Attorney

My fellow BP members,

I'm looking for a real estate closing attorney that is greatly skilled and familiar with closing creative financing deals such as: owner financing, subject to, lease purchase/options, wraparound mortgages, etc., preferably in Raleigh, but I'm open to wherever if the attorney is worth it. Any suggestions?

I've worked with Brian Register on several transactions, some while he was with https://www.bwpf-law.com/. He is now at Smith Debnam Law https://www.smithdebnamlaw.com/people/brian-j-register/

He's been really good to work with and is a Real Estate Investor himself.
