Help Finding Property After Lost Home in Fire

Hello guys,

My name is Conor, My family lost our home in the Woolsey Fire almost a year ago, so we have been looking for a new property for a while now. My family owns a local Interior design firm here in Los Angeles so I do have several years of experience with residential home design & construction and some experience and background in real estate as well.

I’m very interested in finding vacant land and or single family home properties offering seller financing, particularly in the greater Northern LA county & Ventura county areas. Does anybody know if there are lists of properties offering seller financing or somewhere I can find a selection of properties offering seller financing or private sellers willing to make a deal like that?

Any help/advice or information you may have to share would be greatly appreciated, I know there are some amazing people on these forums so I’m sure there are some people that can help me out and or point me In the rite direction.
