Columbus, Ohio, what a place to be...home of the buckeyes, great musicians, fantastic food, and most importantly PRIME REAL ESTATE! With over 800,000 people living in Columbus, everyone is looking for a place to stay. Thanks to OSU, Children's Hospital, Nationwide, and many other big-time companies, jobs are booming for the population of Columbus. According to the article (https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/ohio-state-6883/student-life) 68% of the 60,000+ students at OSU live off-campus, that's 40,000 students that need housing EVERY YEAR. There is limitless potential in the great Columbus, Ohio. As an investor myself, I know that Columbus is definitely worth the investment! I would love to connect with other investors and talk about what we all love so dearly...real estate.

@Zeke Liston It's no secret that Columbus is a great place to live or invest. When guys from Cali are buying sight unseen with no idea how utilities are split on small multi familes in less than stellar areas you know it's getting a little frothy. It's pretty wild really, I see some junk going under contract fast around here. I also get a ton of "deals" from the wholesalers emails around town and everything I see is atleast 10/15k overpriced. Great town though, I love it here.
