The NRA and multi Realtors associations are stopping pocket or off market listings . The backlash has continued and now the controversy has hit the Austin MLS. Read on

Around here brokers open 2 companies. Sunnyside REALTORS LLC and Sunnyside Sales LLC. One belongs to the board, the other does not. The "does not" has a couple agents in it and they do all the pocket listings and send "referral fees" over to the agents from the REALTORS side. They can write whatever rules they want.
