Looking to purchase in Pittsburgh area, maybe somewhere near Mt. Lebanon or Duquesne Heights area depending on what types of cash flow positive places I can find.Hoping someone out there has had positive experience in that area or nearby areas with single family home rental properties and can share some insight. I live in California so I'm looking to assemble a great team in Pittsburgh to help me with my first OOS rental purchase.
