house hack timing when need down payment
hey all.
whats the best way to time a house hack in an ideal world when we have to sell our current house to have money for our down payment? for context.. our area is charlotte the market is very hot right now and our home is in one of the hotter areas so i think it will sell quickly. this is the first time ill be looking to buy a house that may need some work. and we have 2 young boys. so looking for any tips on timing closing dates or ideas if the property we buy needs work done.
