Hi, I've been flipping for about a year and a half and I'm trying to flip 5 houses by the end of this year. My biggest struggle is finding deals (of course). Does anyone know of good wholesalers in Kansas City that I can connect with? Also, does anyone have any good advice on strategies for finding deals (driving for dollars, signs, for sale by owners, etc.)?
