Get A House Inspection Even If One Has Been Done?

John Brown
Posted

Hello,

I am considering buying a house that was sold a couple of months ago and is now being re-sold. The house has an inspection report that was done 2 months ago. The house was re-done a bit by the current seller (nothing major). Should I get another inspection even though there is one from 2 months ago?

Thank you.

Get your own. I relied on one once that was provided by a seller. It looked good. 3 years later when I went to sell it found out it was done by a friend of theirs. And many major flaws were omitted.
