Buying my first house hack in Grand Rapids
Hey everyone, first post on here! Looking to buy my first house hack in Grand Rapids Michigan in a few months. My plan is to live there for a year, while rehabbing it then renting it out through either college housing or section 8. Wondering if anyone has any advice on good up and coming neighborhoods or any advice in general! Thanks!
