I was wondering if anyone could offer me some insight on what their process looks like when screening commercial tenants? Do credit and Background check? Tax returns? Bank statements? Thanks!

Two of my business partners and I would like to buy a property in the following areas: Fort Meyers, Sarasota/Bradenton, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Siesta Key, or Tampa area. It can be a house or a condo. Would like a lanai or community pool. Weekly rentals must be allowed. Would prefer something that needs work so we can fix it up and rent it out. We would also like to use it a couple of times a year. Price: up to $350K; 2-3 Bedrooms; 2 Bathrooms
