I am always struggling with where to invest next. Someone once told me to follow amazon- they’ve already spent millions on marketing a particular area. That same guy bought a house in Macon, GA after amazon announced the new facility there. Does anyone use this strategy for finding where to invest? Or, anyone have anything to say about Macon, GA?

@Diana T. Macon has good deals and good returns, you just have to pay close attention to the area, neighborhood, and having the correct systems in place to manage the investment.
