I recently spoke to a realtor in the poconos, in particular regarding Masthope and he said obtaining a str permit is very hard now, if not impossible. I'm not seeing any mention of this. Any idea where the information was coming from?

I am exploring this area and have heard some noise regarding the further limitations on beach access points along the coast, creating some havoc for str owners. Can anyone elaborate or share your experiences on this? Thank you!

Our 1 bedroom makes a killing, and it’s not exceptional in any regard. I also like think you get more travelers all year ( singles rather than families with kids limited to school breaks).

Im booked via airbnb well into oct, nov.... what happens if i want to sell my cabin in coming months? Are these able to transfer to new owner?

Buy 100k property with 10% down- if goes up 10% in value, your return on investment is 100%.

But 100k property with 100% down, If goes up

10%, your return on investment is 10%.
