Wholesaling Lease options NC
I have wholesaled houses before and want to learn the process of wholesaling lease options in NC. I know it’s essentially the same... find motivated seller put the house under contract on terms then assign to tenant buyer but I am unsure of the paperwork involved and if it has to be done with a title company... Any help would be great. Thanks
