I have wholesaled houses before and want to learn the process of wholesaling lease options in NC. I know it’s essentially the same... find motivated seller put the house under contract on terms then assign to tenant buyer but I am unsure of the paperwork involved and if it has to be done with a title company... Any help would be great. Thanks

Looking to get into co-wholesaling and didnt know what was needed to complete a deal. I know the wholesaler has to have the property locked up but what comes after that... I can find wholesaler with good deals but how do I protect my interests?

I am getting ready to purchase a property in NC using private funds...I am also going to purchase the property for me and my wife to live in...There is about a 50k spread on the purchase and was wondering if I sell it to myself and make 50k on it will I have to pay taxes on the cash? I am using bank financing to sell it to myself....

Thats cool. I am hoping to get there myself......I have closed a couple deals that have netted me around 5k....Its a start. I am now looking into reos. I have money partners and extensive experience in construction....You just have to do your homework when it comes to rehabbing and flipping. Hard to get loans these days....
