Hey everyone!
I am currently “House Hacking” and when I was first starting out I could not find a lot of good material specifically about small multi family investing. Therefore, after living it for two years and buying a few owner occupied fourplexes I decided to make some content for those trying to get started.
It’s just a small blog that I will be doing that takes someone from starting out, to running the numbers, then going under contract to managing tenants. I hope you get something from this. I’m just doing it to help others because I know how hard it was when I was first starting!
