Hello Biggerpockets,

I am trying to get a little leverage on deals and I am wondering if I can close on a deals without a real estate agent? If yes, where can I find some info on that. Currently in New Jersey.

Thanks in advance,

Eddie

Not to mention, if it wasn't clear by, by @David M.'s response you don't save any money you're just giving it to the seller's agent. The only why I think it would make sense is if you're buying off-market and there are no agents on either side.
