Hey BiggerPockets!

Anyone on here have a solid property manager in Cleveland, Ohio. If so, anyone willing to share their connection? I have a Single Family Home that needs proper management. Thank you in advance!

Stay Safe,

Eddie

Correct I am trying to buy off market. No agents on either side.

Hello Biggerpockets,

I am trying to get a little leverage on deals and I am wondering if I can close on a deals without a real estate agent? If yes, where can I find some info on that. Currently in New Jersey.

Thanks in advance,
