Investing in Binghamton, NY!

I'm interested to start investing in the Binghamton market. Would love to get in touch with realtors/investors as well as property managers in the area. I plan to buy and hold MFR with rentals from either students or young professionals. I have an initial budget of up to $125k but I don't mind putting in some value add.
