Jacksonville BRRRR investing...which communities?
My wife and I (newbie investors) are looking to invest in the Jacksonville, FL market, but we are trying to figure out which communities make the most sense for BRRRR investing. Anyone have any ideas for great opportunities in the under 100K purchase zone with good ARVs?

One of the things we ran into was ending up under $100,000 on our loan for or refi. That took the final interest rate up a bit. So if you can target a little nicer property you can enjoy better interest rates for your long term hold.
